Baltic Novelty Photos Ahoy!

Please leave your maturity at the door

sunny

Here are a bunch of photos that aren't of anything in particular but just a few funny signs (that everyone loves). Please do not take offence or think any lower of me than you already do.

For all the soccer fans out there, you can come to Latvia to dine at Drogas. For the non soccer fans, Drogas is the affectionate name given to an English Premier League player Didier Drogba.

This just in, on closer inspection I think Drogas is actually a cosmetics store

Choad Cannon on the Swedish Sea Fort off the coast of Helsinki

IMGP2496.JPG
Hehe, it says 'tit' and 'anus'. Sorry the immaturity will cease soon

IMGP2502.JPG
Walking around Tallinn I found these reenactment nerds doing what they do best, going to town on each other with plastic swords

IMGP2472.JPG
Not the best image but you can see the packet in white that says 'Assa Mix' (For Thommo)

IMGP2497.JPG
Some sort of souvineer shop, mainly because I thought the word 'pood' was funny sounding

IMGP2509.JPG
More 'pood' but naughtier

IMGP2507.JPG
The crowning glory. After reading about it in Lonely Planet I knew my mission in Estonia was to find this place

Novelty photos are great, nice work Hengel. Me and supermort are working on some doosies for a new edition soon.

I needed to go to the toilet before I looked at these photos, and I don't need to go any more.

Guys thank you so much for informing me days earlier that "pood" is Estonian for food - that made looking at puupood one of the greatest moments of my life. In fact I think the greatest moments of my life so far are (in order of date of occurrence):
1. Seeing your choad cannon picture
2. Seeing your titanus picture
3. Seeing your assa mix picture
3. Seeing your puupood picture
3. Seeing your kiek in de kok picture

Thank you(se) so very, very much.

PS. Tom took urrrr jeeeeerrrrrrrrb!
(Tom has a job)

PS. sorry I was so super pumped I forgot how to count past three

Sorry to spoil the party Andrew but I think that Pood means "shop" rather than "food". But if it did mean "food" then some of the novelty pictures would have been about 12 times as funny
